I spend two weeks here and was very comfortable. Check in and out both went smoothly. The location is ok, not too far to walk to America Mura and Running Man, National Bunraku Theatre is right down the block.

Incredible location close to Dotonbouri waterfront and shopping area, but 5 minute walk away so in a much quieter area. Large room (by Japanese standards). Nice soaps provided, comfortable beds. Clean lobby and facilities. Clean and modern room. Great value.

You have everything you need and it is right in the center close to all eateries and fun. Would come again

Heated seats, decent amount of space especially considering Japan’s accommodation tend to be smaller
